The Metro Express shuttle service has expanded to The Pearl and Lusail Marina

The Metro Express, the free shuttle bus door-to-door service from Doha Metro now covers The Pearl and Lusail Marina.
From initially offering two stations for the Metro Express, the free shuttle service now covers 6 metro stations which has increased the area covered. With the expansion into Lusail (Al Daayen municipality), this is the first time the Metro Express service is being offered outside of Doha Municipality, which means that Qatar Rail and Mowasalat still have further expansion plans.
The Metro express vans have a seating capacity of 7-person but because of measures taken to prevent the spread of Covid-19, the maximum number of passengers is 3.
This trial service is still currently free of charge but with a paying with button enabled, passengers may be charged once the trial period ends.

The service operates during the following timings:
Saturday to Wednesday from 05:45 to 23:00. Thursday from 05:45 to 23:59. Friday from 14:00 to 23:59.
