Something that Lusail residents having been long awaiting for, is about to happen!
Qatar Rail officially announced that they have started testing in preparation for the launch.
Nothing yet on the official launch date, or the operating hours – but we are assuming that it might follow the same working hours of the Doha Metro.
Lusail Tram will serve residents, professionals, and visitors of Lusail City. The city will see certainly an increase in visitors’ traffic and eventually businesses and shops becoming Lusail-bound.
Operating on 4 lines, Orange, Turquoise, Pink and Purple and with 28 stops distributed above and under ground, Lusail Tram is just another success story of Qatar’s continuous progress in the public transport sector and environmental endeavors.
